About the film
This hand made animation is a music video for a song’ called ‘Tomorrow’. It begins with a father and son looking down a road at a big city. The idea of the city looming over the imagination of anxious parents is given a twist: this city is made of phones. What if the danger is not future adult life, but the fact that our attention has gone off to the bright lights of our very own phone?
A boat ride across a blue tissue sea, an escape on a motorbike, and even an air balloon ride are all recreated in this poignant and funny short film about good intentions and doomed promises. The song is written and performed by Paperface, who is also the creator of this hand made animation.
