About the film
My good friend and filmmaking partner, Mik Gojic, came to me with an idea to make a one-continuous-shot short film. We started in my shower and began tossing around ideas. As we finished in the middle of the street, 500m from my house, we were exhausted... but satisfied.
I then recruited a band of 14 misfits and began rehearsals. On the day, we only shot two usable takes, as we couldn't lockdown the location and school children began to arrive home. It was a ridiculous endeavour, but we learned one important lesson... you can pop three bottles of champagne in a hire-car and they won't notice.

Reid McGowan
Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Reid started life as a competitive gymnast and went on to be a commercial real estate agent and professional circus performer. After landing a role on Power Rangers, he then moved to Australia and attended drama school at ACA. During this time he picked up the camera and started shouting at people. He now works as an assistant director and can't stop shouting at people.
